These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by ANTIHOST S.R.L., a company registered in Romania. By purchasing or using Antihost services, you agree to these Terms.

Antihost provides managed infrastructure services designed for professional WordPress workloads and related hosting environments.
Antihost provides hosting infrastructure and operational services including:
_> Managed WordPress Hosting
Managed environments optimized for WordPress websites including:
- isolated resources
- server-level caching
- automated backups
- monitoring
- SSL support
- staging workflows (depending on plan)
_> Migration and Onboarding
Antihost may assist customers in migrating existing WordPress websites and validating infrastructure configurations.
To use Antihost services customers must:
- create an account
- provide accurate billing information
- maintain security of login credentials
Customers are responsible for all activity performed under their account.
Customers agree not to:
- use the infrastructure for illegal activities
- distribute malware or malicious code
- attempt unauthorized access to other systems
- overload infrastructure intentionally
Customers remain responsible for:
- their website content
- application configuration
- data security within their environment.
Services are provisioned automatically after successful payment confirmation.
Provisioning includes:
- server environment creation
- configuration of allocated resources
- access credentials for the control environment
Provisioning times may vary depending on service type.
Antihost operates infrastructure designed for stable and predictable performance for production websites.
Operational reliability may include:
- monitoring
- backups
- infrastructure management
- incident response
Detailed service guarantees may be defined separately in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Support is provided through:
- ticket-based support system
- direct communication with engineers for complex cases
Support scope includes operational aspects of the hosting platform.
Application development or third-party plugin issues may fall outside the scope of infrastructure support.
Antihost services operate primarily on a subscription model.
_> Billing cycles
Available billing cycles may include:
- monthly subscription (default)
- annual subscription with discount
Additional services or add-ons may be billed separately.
_> Payment methods
Payments may be processed via:
- credit/debit cards through a PCI-compliant payment provider
- bank transfer
Billing and invoicing are managed via the WHMCS automation platform.
5.1.1. 14-Day Test Period
Antihost may offer a 14-day test period allowing customers to evaluate the platform with full access and no obligation.
If the service is cancelled during this period:
- the customer may request a refund of the hosting subscription fee
- refunds apply only to the hosting plan itself
- domain registrations or third-party services are non-refundable
5.1.2. Refund eligibility
Refunds may not apply in the following situations:
- violation of acceptable use policies
- abuse of infrastructure resources
- custom infrastructure deployments
- services already delivered outside the trial period
5.1.3. Processing refunds
Refunds are processed through the original payment method when possible.
Refund processing time depends on the payment provider.
If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback:
- Antihost may suspend associated services
- the dispute will be handled through the payment provider
- service delivery and support communication records may be used as evidence
Customers agree to contact Antihost support before initiating a chargeback.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Antihost follows a no lock-in model where customers can leave the service without contractual penalties.
_> Cancellation process
To cancel a service the customer must:
- submit a cancellation request through the billing system
- cancel before the next billing cycle
_> End of service
After cancellation:
- service remains active until the end of the current billing period
- no further charges will occur
- data may be removed after service termination
Customers are responsible for downloading backups before service expiration.
Antihost shall not be liable for:
- loss of revenue or business interruption
- data loss resulting from customer configuration
- issues caused by third-party software or plugins
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service during the previous billing period.
Antihost operates under EU data protection standards and complies with GDPR requirements.
Detailed data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Antihost may update:
- infrastructure configuration
- service plans
- operational procedures
Updates will not materially reduce purchased service resources without notice.
Antihost may update these Terms when required.
Updated versions will be published on the official website.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Romanian jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable EU law.
